This mindfulness experience can assist to regulate our body to a calmer state.

You will need: a picture frame with a deep base, small beads or sequins and a whiteboard marker.

Method: fill the frame with beads, sequins and other small objects at your discretion and seal. Take care to seal if minor children have access. Shake frame and explore patterns with whiteboard marker applied to glass to create images. Enjoy!
